In the philosophy curricula, an internship - 'Practice' is a mandatory course at both bachelor's and master's levels. In the bachelor's programme with a volume of 3 ECTS (which is 78 academic hours), and in the master's programme 6 ECTS (which is 156 academic hours).
The purpose of the internship is to allow students to apply the knowledge and skills they have learned in a work environment or while completing a specific task. Although bachelor's students may not yet possess specialised professional knowledge, they can still practice applying various so-called transferable skills.

Employers also expect future employees to have competencies that involve applying the theoretical knowledge and skills acquired at university to real life—such as organising events, preparing and analysing materials, etc. Equally important is the opportunity to connect with potential employers already during your studies. The Practice course offers a chance to challenge oneself in various activities and find answers to questions like:
The internship should help students enhance their existing skills, build their confidence, and provide an opportunity for self-reflection to better understand and develop themselves and their abilities. The focus is on learning from the experience and becoming aware of that learning.
